In alignment with the introduction of voice functionality, we’ve implemented a credit deduction system to manage voice-based interactions. This ensures that usage is fair and transparent for all users.
Recognizing the need for human intervention in specific scenarios, we added a manual “take-over” button. When Copilot.live (now Kaily) is unable to satisfy user needs, human agents can seamlessly step in to provide personalized support, ensuring a superior customer service experience.
