Import, Export & Clone Functionality Now Live on Copilot.live (now Kaily)

We’re thrilled to introduce three powerful features that streamline how you manage your AI agents—Import, Export, and Clone. These tools make it incredibly easy to share, duplicate, and migrate your agent setups with minimal effort.

What’s New?

• Export AI agent: Export your AI agent’s full configuration in one click and get a shareable URL for backups or team sharing.
• Import Copilot:
  • Create New Agent: Use an import URL to spin up a new agent with pre-defined configurations.
  • Replace Existing Agent: Overwrite an existing agent's configuration from the Overview page using an import URL.
• Clone agent: Instantly duplicate any existing AI agent from the Overview page to create variants or for A/B testing.

New Feature

Minimized Widget Prompts for AI Agents

You can now add short messages that appear when your AI agent’s widget is minimized. These prompts help attract users and encourage them to start a chat.

How to Set It Up:

1. Go to Configuration > Welcome Settings
2. Add up to 3 messages under Minimized Widget Prompts
3. Go to Deploy > Web Widget, copy the script
4. Paste it into your website head tag

That’s it - your AI agent is now more engaging from the very first glance.
